Robert Purolator left the package on the front deck and did not bother to ring the doorbell, despite the package being clearly marked “Refrigerate Immediately “. I wonder if 2 hours in a 28 degree heat will have any effect of your product? Perhaps Purolatir is not the delivery solution.

Haung Very slow service. Cookies tasted stale. Probably from the night before since it was picked up when store opened! Disppointing!
