Product arrived defrosted due to an issue with the courier delaying delivery . Upon contacting customer service by email I had a call back within the hour and was offered a replacement order excellent customer service. Excited to try them when they reship next week

smaller and not as good as they used to be
La commande est arrivée chaude et irrécupérable, et on m'a recommandé de la consommer quand même. C'est inacceptable et je suis vraiment déçue des communications avec la personne qui m'a répondu. J'ai dû jeter la commande, je suis restée avec l'impression de m'être fait arnaquée. J'ai validé avec le MAPAQ et on m'a effectivement confirmé que je devais jeter ce qui avait été reçu puisque visiblement mal conservé pendant plus de 12h avant que je reçoive la commande, surtout que je suis enceinte. Que cela soit la faute de purolator ou Felix cela n'a aucune importante. J'ai jeté mon argent par les fenêtres et de la nourriture en plus, quel gaspillage.

Those cookies are great since I am lactose intolerant, but they are quite sweet; I mean about twice the amount of sugars from the cookies I make myself. Maybe if there was a fake butter taste it would be more balanced? I do appreciate that they are convenient and definitely satisfies a sweet tooth.

Bought them in the afternoon for a party the next day. Kept them in the fridge overnight and took them out in the morning and they were perfect for party time! The employee who served me was super friendly, despite being alone in the store at the time and looking a little overwhelmed!
