I have a corporate account with Félix & Norton. Can I become a member?
For self-serve orders, consumer type orders, yes. For bulk gifting, no. As a corporate client, you already have access to exclusive perks and tailored service for your large-volume orders. If you have any questions or need help placing an order, our team is always happy to assist!
How does Membership Renewal work?
Your Big Chunks Club™ renewal happens on your purchase anniversary. Reminder emails will pop up 7 days before. Get ready, your account will be charged unless you take a breather. Pause the perks, lose the fun vibes!
How is the cash back calculated?
When you purchase products either online or in our official stores using your customer account linked to your membership, 10% or 12% of every dollar spent (before taxes and shipping) will be added as store credit to your account balance, which you can view on our website when logged in under your profile. This cash back offer applies to all purchases, except for gift cards. For in-store purchases, please provide your information at the cash register to link your order to your account. You can also redeem your cash back and use it to pay in-store.
If I was a member of the Big Chunks Club, so I need to pay again to join the Félix & Norton Membership?
No. We are changing the name to reflect better what the Big Chunks Club truly represents: a membership for all Félix & Norton fans! And we added a second tier for the biggest fans with amazing perks!
Will my membership work on Uber Eats or DoorDash orders?
Your Félix & Norton Membership perks are only valid for in-store purchases and on our official website. Unfortunately, third-party platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash do not offer our member discounts or rewards.
Can resellers get the Félix & Norton Membership?
No. The Mermership is available only to retail customers.

Resellers already enjoy exclusive benefits, including preferential pricing through their dedicated business account. The Félix & Norton Membership is designed for individual customers who purchase at regular retail prices.
