Welcome to the land of cookie lovers, where the only thing sweeter than our treats are the tales of our happy customers! Grab a glass of milk (or a pint of ice cream, no judgment here) and settle in for a delightful read. These folks have taken a break from their busy lives to share their cookie escapades, and boy, do they have some stories to tell!

First up, we have Sally from Saskatoon, who claims our cookies are “like a hug from Grandma, but without the awkward family stories.” (We’re not sure what Grandma’s been telling her, but we’re flattered!) Sally says, “I ordered a dozen cookies for my book club, and they disappeared faster than you can say ‘chocolate chip!’” We’re pretty sure the book club was just a cover for a cookie-eating contest. Go, Sally!

Then there’s Dave from Toronto, who had a cookie revelation: “I thought I was a cake person until I tried Félix & Norton cookies. Now I’m a cookie convert! I even tried to bake my own, but let’s just say my smoke alarm is now my biggest fan.” (Don’t worry, Dave, we won’t tell anyone about your baking mishap. Your secret is safe with us!)

Next, we have Lisa from Vancouver, who had a cookie emergency. “I was having a rough day, and I needed a pick-me-up. I ordered a box of cookies, and it was like a party in my mouth! I even shared some with my cat, Mr. Whiskers. He gave them two paws up!” (We’re not sure if Mr. Whiskers is a reliable food critic, but we appreciate the endorsement!)

The cookies arrived stale and at least half of them were broken

Best ever cookie

I have memories of eating the F&N praline cookies as a child, mostly from the old kiosk in Fairview Pt Claire. Now almost 40 years old, I found them again. This is an amazing option for a cookie lover to be able to make a quick batch at home. Love!

I am sure that the cookies are as delicious as the rest of your amazing selection - however I didn’t find any recipe how to work the frozen cookie dough further to end up with the actual cookies! Could please add those instructions in the future?

Not fresh

Delivery did not arrive in the window indicated and when calling the stores, they did not seem to know where the order was. We finally got them, and they tasted old :(

AMAZING COOKIES

There I was scrolling on tik tok when I came across this cookie company.
I quickly wrote a comment and asked if they deliver to Ottawa as they are based in Montreal.
They replied yes and I placed my order right away.
Shipping fee was an extra 16$ BUT, it was worth it.
When i received the cookies it was packaged very nicely and with caution and care to make sure I received it on once piece. It also had a fragile sticker on it. Sadly the cookies were all broken into pieces, it still taste very good but it was unfortunate they broke into pieces/crumbs during shipping process.
I sent an email to the company and they extended their sincere apologies and offered to send me another order at no extra charge or give complete refund.
I said id like another round sent because although I was sad eating broken cookies it tasted so good.
The 2nd time it was shipped to me it came perfect no cookies were broken and the cookies tasted even better than the first order.
Dont walk RUN, and go try these cookies. Especially the lemon cookie omg chefs kiss

Cookies were too hot and they all melted together became a giant mush bouquet

Delicious cookies

I enjoyed the cookies. They were fresh and delivered on time. The only complaint I have is that there should be more chocolate in each cookie. I have eaten these cookies since they first came out in Montreal and they had way more chocolate. I guess it’s shrinkflation?

We've never changed the quantity or ways of doing since 1985 but what is true is that every cookie will have different types of size and quantity of chunks in each of them as this is a very randomized process. Great Quality

I sent these as a gift for my brother in Victoria, BC. He loved them especially because they were Vegan. He has a hard time finding great tasting vegan cookies and now I think I have spoiled him.
