Very disappointed firstly I ordered between 5-6 he came at 7:30. Cookies were all melted. I had written a note to be put with the cookies but there was no note when the person opened the box. So that person had no clue who it was from. Not impressed at all actually disappointed.

Order was delicious but I had ordered separate boxes because it was for different people. They put everything in one box so I had to separate it myself 🫤
Very thin, over baked cookies. We got 80 cookies so it’s like they made them as flat as possible to stuff them all in the box. They aren’t very pleasant at all.
Last time I got F&N, they tasted fresh, chewy, had good flavour and weren’t stuffed in a box to fit.

Absolutely worth every penny! The Big Chunks membership is packed with value. The perks actually feel like a treat instead of fluff. On top of that, the staff who helped me set it up were beyond lovely, patient, and genuinely excited to make sure I got the most out of it. Can’t recommend it enough!

Horrible - nothing works when purchasing this online (no discount code issued on order as listed, customer service takes 48 hours or more to respond. Truly shocked they actually charge for this level of poor service and technical issues. Requested a refund same day - def don’t recommend signing up online.
