Shipment delayed

I am very disappointed with the delivery experience. I specifically requested that the item be delivered on December 19th, but it was only received on December 20th. I was not informed of any delays, which was particularly frustrating as this was meant to be a birthday gift surprise.

I hope you can address this issue and take steps to prevent such situations from happening in the future.

Hi Kimberly, we're very sad your order didn't arrive on time as you were probably :(. After asking the courier company they simply said they had too much volume and had to reschedule for next day...Without telling us :). I am as pissed as you! Please accept my apology and I've went ahead and added 15$ store credit to your account.
