Our legendary cookie dough and of pre-portionned balls of dough are available in 5kg refrigerated blocks (3-month fridge, 18-month freezer life).

The dough is easy to shape after a 15-minute thaw. Scoop into 30g balls and bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes on parchment paper for gooey, delicious results every time.

5KG of dough makes about 166 cookies at 30g each.
