10 pieces Félix and Norton Milk Chocolate Chunk ready-to-bake cookie dough
12” pizza pan
chocolate hazelnut spread (or any of your favourite nut butters)
candy coated chocolate pieces
Yield: 1 to 8 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook TIme: 15 to 20 minutes
Topping Time: as long as you like!
Preheat oven to 350℉ (175℃). Line a pizza pan with a round of parchment.
Arrange all 12 pieces of frozen Félix and Norton Double Chocolate Chunk ready-to-bake cookie dough around the pan, leaving some space (approximately 1/2 inch) around the edge. This will allow the cookies to spread - creating the delicate “crust” of the pizza.
Arrange 7 pieces of the Félix and Norton Milk Chocolate Chunk ready-to-bake cookie dough, evenly spaced, as an inner circle.
Place the remaining 3 pieces of dough, evenly apart, in the centre of that circle. Everything's coming together now!
Bake the Cookie Dough Pizza for 15 to 20 minutes.
Allow the Cookie Dough Pizza to chill out for at least 10 minutes, before getting your toppings out and getting your “Pizza Picasso” on.
Lovingly scoop the chocolate hazelnut spread out of its jar, and onto the cooled Cookie Dough Pizza. Make sure to leave an inch around this masterpiece free from the spread, to create the “crust” around the edge.
Go nuts with toppings! Host a party, invite your friends over and top this Cookie Dough Pizza to your heart’s content. When you’re finished, cut 6 or 8 slices with a pizza cutter or a sharp knife - or just pick it up and chow down! We won’t judge.
