Can Monsieur Felix & Mr. Norton Cookies send each tin to my clients individually?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to customer’s individual clients. Simple specifications are indicated below to facilitate shipping.

I want to send the tins to each of my clients. What size of shipping envelope/box would I require?
We recommend a padded envelope or small box. Each tin measures 7 ¼ inches in diameter, and is approximately 3 inches high. We recommend a standard #5 bubble envelope (10 1/2" x 15").

How long will the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies packaged in our airtight tins will remain enjoyable for up to 5 days. (Of course, as they do not contain any artificial additives or preservatives, they are at their very best when enjoyed as fresh as possible.)

Are there ribbons on each tin?
Yes, each tin will be presented with ribbons on it.

Where should cookie tins be stored prior to sending/giving?
If cookies are not being given right away, it is always best to store them at room temperature.

How can I get nutritional information about your products?
All stores are provided with this information and can share it with you, or you can send us an e-mail request.

Do Monsieur Félix & Mr. Norton cookies contain any trans-fats? 
All of our cookies are made with butter, no margarine or other fats. Butter does contain small amounts of naturally occurring trans-fats; this represents a very small proportion of the total fats.

Are any of your flavours nut-free?
Some of the flavours we make do contain nuts. While every precaution is taken in our production facility when changing flavours, there is always the possibility that any product could come into to contact with nuts, and therefore we advise any person with nut allergies to be extremely cautious with our products.
