PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180ºC /350ºF. PLACE THE DOUGH PIECES APPROXIMATELY 5 CM. (2 IN.) APART ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET, OR ON PARCHMENT PAPER. BAKE FOR 6 TO 8 MINUTES FOR THAWED COOKIE DOUGH, 7 TO 9 MINUTES FOR FROZEN DOUGH.
