Mr. NortonBaking Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F

Place the dough pieces approximately 5 cm. (2in) apart on an ungreased cookie sheet, or on a parchment paper.

Baking time from freezer directly to oven:
Convection oven: 6 to 8 minutes
Conventional oven: 7 to 10 minutes

For authentic Félix & Norton style soft and chewy cookies, cookies are done when outer edges turn golden brown and center is lighter.
DO NOT OVERBAKE!

Keep frozen.
