It's 3:00 in the morning. You waken suddenly to images of warm Belgian chocolate, and pure butter dancing in your head. You enter the kitchen slowly, with anticipation. You catch a glimpse of a Félix & Norton bag that was filled with fresh cookies you took home hours earlier. You hope, you pray, you plead, but all that is left are a few delicious little crumbs. While you pick them up with your finger to devour them, you think to yourself, "Isn't there a way to enjoy Félix & Norton cookies any time I want???"
YES! Félix & Norton cookie addicts everywhere will now be thrilled to discover that they can bake up their own warm, delectable batch of cookies at any hour of the day or night, right in their very own homes!
Buying, baking and eating
The cookie dough is packaged frozen and pre-proportioned, so there is no measuring necessary (difficult at 3:00 AM). All you need to do is put them on a cookie sheet, pop them in the oven at 350° F, and wait. We know the waiting is the hardest part, so catch up on your reading or start a letter to your grandma, but don't go far, cause 7 to 9 minutes later (depending on your oven) you'll have warm, gooey little pieces of heaven to snack on. Oh, and the cardinal rule: DON'T OVER BAKE!! We can't stress this enough. Over baking will zap the gooey life right out of them.
