Do you still own cookie stores?
Although we are the original founders and owners of the Félix & Norton brand, we no longer own or operate any retail cookie stores. Today, we sell our original recipe dough to bakeries, restaurants, and food chains throughout the country. Please refer to the Find Our Products section on this website to find a store that carries our products.

How long will baked cookies stay fresh?
Cookies packaged in airtight containers will remain enjoyable for up to 5 days. (Of course, as they do not contain any artificial additives or preservatives, they are at their very best when enjoyed as fresh as possible.) To re-warm cookies, simply pop them in the oven at 350° F for a couple of minutes.

Can I purchase other flavours of Monsieur Félix & Mr. Norton cookie dough other than the ones that are available at IGA stores?
For the time being, the flavours offered at IGA stores are the only flavours available. Other flavours may be available in the future. You can however purchase other flavours of our « Already baked » cookies. Most of the food establishments that buy our original recipe dough to bake up fresh on their premises, do offer all 13 delicious flavours. Simply refer to the Find Our Products on this website to find a location nearest you.

Do Monsieur Félix & Mr. Norton cookies contain any trans-fats?
All of our cookies are made with butter, no margarine or other fats. As a natural product, butter contains very small amounts of naturally occurring trans-fats, which represent only a very small proportion of the total fats.

Are your cookies peanut-free?
Our cookies are prepared in facility that does not use any peanuts or peanut products. Although we make every effort to ensure that our products are peanut-free, peanut-free certification requires that even the suppliers of ingredients are peanut-free as well. We do purchase nuts such as macadamia nuts and almonds from distribution companies that handle peanuts, and therefore cannot obtain an official certification because of this. Since we receive our nuts from these suppliers in sealed cases, we feel that the risk of peanuts is extremely small. Once again, our facility does not allow the use of peanut products of any kind.

Do Monsieur Félix & Mr. Norton cookies contain other nuts?
Some of the flavours we make do contain nuts, therefore, WE RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WITH A NUT ALLERGY NOT CONSUME OUR PRODUCTS.

Are Monsieur Félix & Mr. Norton cookies kosher?
Yes, they are certified kosher dairy by the Vaad Ha'Ir in Montreal.
